A credit card will be required to guarantee your reservation. You are reminded to book by July 1, 2018; any requests made after this date are dependent upon the availabilty of the rooms. The competitive rate is for September 23-24, 2018. The hotel may extend this rate before and after these dates.

Room information: The nightly rate for a room is $172.00 (taxes not included). Check in is at 3PM, check out at 12PM. The rooms include free Wi-Fi, free local calls, queen size beds, a shower, a micro wave, and a mini-fridge. Please note that breakfast is not included in the rate, but is available at the hotel restaurant for a small fee. Valet service is $28.00/day plus applicable taxes.


Le St-Martin Hôtel Particulier

Rates are valid from, September 25th 2018 only, and accessible to book 3 days pre and post the event. The cut-off date to have access to the rates is 30 days prior the group check-in date, which is August 25th, 2018.

Room information: There are a selection of rooms available from September 25 to September 28. The rates start at $189.00 (taxes not included), and go up with additional features. Check in is at 4PM, check out at 11AM. The rooms include free Wi-Fi, and free local calls. You will have access to amenities such as an outdoor heated pool, and a 24-hour gym. Parking is $29.00/day.


Hôtel Omni

Reservation: To book at the Hotel Omni, . You may take advantage of the preferred rate three days prior and following, September 25-28, 2018 should you wish to do so. You will be asked to provide a valid credit card to guarantee your reservation. You have until August 10, 2018 to book your accommodations pending availability of the rooms.

Room information: The rooms available from September 25 to September 28 with several room options with complimentary updates. Depending on the room of your choice, you will be asked to pay for the corresponding rate. The rates start at $229.00 (taxes not included), and go up with additional features.
